Abstract

Hospitality businesses have been trying different strategies to motivate hospitality employees. Hospitality employee is the major element why hospitality businesses are alive. Portraying behavior and attitudes of hospitality employees is one of the intangible products they produce to customers. Determining what hospitality employees’ need to secure mental and emotional health to maintain the high level of motivation of hospitality employees is a major challenge for hospitality management. The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that affect most the motivation of hospitality employee to provide service quality and improve their job performance inside the workplace. A descriptive quantitative method was used for the purpose of this study. Primary data of this study were obtained using a demographic profile for the first part and a checklist questionnaire technique for the second part.
