Abstract
This project proposal will determined the importance of Preservation of historical
houses is essentially a recycling program of historic proportions. Some of them has been
preserve by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) where we can
still see some old and historical houses and buildings in our country . (Mervz, 2018)
The purpose of the proposed project is to maintain the historical of the building at
Taal Batangas. This project is to maintain the preservation and rehabilitation of the
facilities heritage houses and also their will be a standard approaches to the treatment of
historical properties by using rehabilitation of the houses. This preservation focuses on
stabilizing and repairing the maintenance of existing historical materials and retaining the
form of a property. The rehabilitation of this project recognizes that the commercial strip
adds a historic property and retains the historical character of the property. This initiative
would assess the appropriate treatment for a historic property before work begins and
consideration of applicable government laws. To order to successfully maintain this,
preservation approach must have a company structure that has made changes and
formal maintenance management procedure. (Smithsonian, I)
