A Site Development Plan for a Private Memorial Park in Brgy. Mayowi, Tayabas City
Area of Research
Abstract
The project includes the preparation of complete subdivision survey returns of the
proposed subdivision. The survey was conducted under the specification described in the
Geodetic Engineer’s Manual and other references.
This study will show how to design a private memorial park. A scheme of a private memorial
park will be develop. HLURB instruction is our main guide in designing, because it contains
all the requirements when developing a private cemetery. It contains the information needed
when selecting a place. Enumerates the needed documents for submission for the initial
approval of the project. It contains all the design provisions when developing a private
cemetery. It tells you what is needed for the final approval, including the fees to be paid and
time frame for each part of the project. When designing a private memorial park, one
should consult the latest copy of the HLURB instructions, to know the latest regulations and
process.
Our lot is less than 1 hectare, so the project falls under the less than one hectare group. There
are some provisions unique to this category.A private memorial park requires numerous
engineering documents. The report will include the Topographic Plan, Transmittal of Survey
Returns, Lot data computation and field notes, which are parts of a complete survey return.
