Abstract

This research was conducted for the purpose of determining the performance of the Philippine National Police in implementing the Anti-Illegal drug program. This study aimed to identify the different anti-illegal drug programs in Quezon Province; to assess the performance of the Philippine National Police in the implementation of the program; to determine the perceived problem encountered in the implementation of the program; and to measure the impact of those programs implemented in the community. The study focused on the performance of Policemen in Gumaca, Quezon regarding the Anti-Illegal Drug Programs and its effectiveness.The research was conducted using descriptive research methodologies. A descriptive survey seeks to describe a population and situation properly and systematically. The data collection, research instrument, interpretation, and analysis were all part of this procedure. This strategy was deemed vital to adopt since it describes the nature of the phenomenon under inquiry and the success made by the PNP in their drug-fighting operations. The progress of the PNP staff is determined by a survey questionnaire in this research of drug-related operations. In executing the proper way to eliminate drugs is to reduce the supply of the illegal drugs in the Philippines. By identifying the problems and measuring the impact of those programs in the community it can help the Philippine National Police to execute the plan effectively Anti-illegal drug programs are an effective tool and a useful collaboration between Barangay personnel and the Philippine National Police. They help our youth avoid being exposed to deadly narcotics. It will benefit our community by lowering the number of drug users and addicts, as well as educating our children about the dangers of drugs. Drugs is one of the topmost problems of the Philippine National Police. The implementation of the said plan was one of the keys to feature this study. The result of this study will show that the Anti-Illegal drug programs can prevent people to used illegal drugs. Proposing a plan to make this program more effective through the implementation of Anti-Illegal drugs program of the Philippine National Police. The majority of the police strongly agree with the activities that are being implemented by the PNP. The Brgy officials should continue to utilize the implementation of anti-illegal drug programs. This will prevent the youth from using illegal drugs in situations that would decrease their police performance. Furthermore, to achieve these objectives, the researchers will use the Descriptive Method to develop the proposed system. The researchers will also conduct an evaluation to the respondents to gather all the information needed to complete the study with the use of the Likert Scale or Five-point scale.
