Impact of the Philippine National Police Internal Cleansing Program to the Police Officers

Since the internal cleansing program is implemented by the PNP, they give an assurance that the internal cleansing program will never stop to implement a greater zeal and commitment. This study aimed to determine the impact of the internal cleansing program on police officers. The study utilized quantitative methods as it employed a descriptive – survey design to gather the data from the 50 total respondents from Lucena City Police Station PPO. Simple random sampling in quantitative research was used to determine the perception of the uniformed police in the internal cleansing program of the Philippine National Police (PNP). The PNP Patrol Plan 2030 is one of the implementing programs of PNP internal cleansing and the filled cases are properly monitored is the most positive perception by the personnel. The program is not yet effective based on the respondents which are why the provision of the PNP cleaning program should strengthen and address the needs of the personnel by evaluating and developing the program.
