Utilization of the “Researcher” Application in the Research Writing of the College Students

Abstract
Covid-19 virus is cannot control by anyone to stop its widespread, even the education is one of the major affected situation. However, it doesn’t stop everyone to learn. Mobile Application is one of the educational tool that students use in their learning despite of pandemic. The research study aims to determine to answer the following questions which are the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of: Age, Sex, and Course/Specialization; level in Utilizing “Researcher Application” by the respondents in their Research writing; advantage and disadvantage in Utilizing “Researcher Application” by the respondents in their Research writing and; Evaluation in Utilizing “Researcher Application” by the respondents in their Research writing. The research is a Quantitative research and will have used a descriptive design. It will used Survey Questionnaire as a research instrument using Google forms to the 50 respondents of the study, in a random sampling technique. The study conducted in an Autonomous University that currently using the Asynchronous and Synchronous classes. The following conclusions are in terms of the demographic profile, 21-22 year old bracket are in the digital, and female are wants to up-to-date information and Elementary educators get the information from the mobile application. In terms of level, respondents are using the mobile application to follow different journals, researches that they want outside or inside the classroom. In terms of the advantages the respondents answered that it is application being free to use, the disadvantages of the application is always logging or freezing. And in terms of evaluation the respondents wants to recommend the mobile application to their friends.
