Multimedia Strategies used by Mathematics Teachers in Teaching Measurement among the Grade 6 Pupils of the Selected Schools in Pagbilao, Quezon

This research shows the multimedia strategies used by mathematics teachers in teaching measurement among the grade 6 pupils of the selected school in Pagbilao, Quezon. The main purpose of this study is to determine the online strategies used by mathematics teachers in teaching measurements among the grade 6 pupils of the selected school in Pagbilao, Quezon. In terms of multimedia strategies, the researcher proposed an enhancement seminar and training for teachers about on multimedia strategies used by mathematics teachers in teaching measurement. The researcher used the descriptive type of method to gather the relevant data. As quantitative, the researcher used statistical treatment to analyze and interpret the data. The researcher founded out that based on the findings; In terms of demographic profile, in terms of Age, most of the respondent’s age range at 21-30 years old with the frequency of 13 out of 30, and the percentage of 43.33% out of 100%. While in terms of Sex, of the respondents are with a frequency of 16 out of 30, and the percentage of 53.33% out of 100%. Followed by in terms of Rank/Position the most of the respondents are Teacher I, with the frequency of 13 out of 30, and the percentage of 43.33% out of 100%. Followed by the last in terms of Length of service in the Teaching Profession, with the frequency of 15 out of 30, and the percentage of 50% out of 100%. The researcher recommends to the administrator support Grade 6 teachers for the betterment of teaching learning process to the multimedia strategies and to make sure that learners will get a better thinking skill in terms of mathematics, to the grade 6 teacher the researcher recommends that the teacher should give attention to the learners in terms of multimedia strategies in teaching measurement, multimedia materials and their own teaching method to make sure that its effectively is ensured and will always show positive results, the researcher recommends that the students should learn how to cope up with the new teaching styles and methods; new sets of instructions and instructional materials in mathematics given by the teachers. To enhance their ability in multimedia strategies and to school the researcher recommends that the school should provide the needs of the teachers such as a set of multimedia materials in mathematics with higher educational standards. And, conduct seminars and training about the multimedia strategies used by mathematics teachers of selected school in Pagbilao, Quezon.
