Abstract

The study delve d into human resource practices and Job satisfaction's impact on employee loyalty of top performing banking in stitutions in the 4 th District of Quezon. Participants of the study are the employees of banking institutions in the selected 4 municipalities of the 4 th District of Q uezon namely Atimonan, Gumaca, Lopez , and Calauag. The data was gathered through the use of a survey questionnaire , in which it solicited information about the respondent’s d emographic profile (i.e. gender, age, job, designation, salary, and religion )). Questions about the HR practices and its implementation are also included to determine the e xtent of human resources practices concerning S election and Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor relation, Retention, Safety, and Health. Also included are questions relati ng to the level of job satisfaction of employees. Th ese factors determine d the significance of HR practices and Job satisfaction on employee loyalty of top performing banking institution in the 4 th District of Quezon . Furthermore, it was found out that the workforce is composed mainly of the young generation and all dimensions in HR practices are beneficial for the development of employees in the organization.
