A Design of Coconut Coir Rope Machine

This proposed study is an innovation of the Coconut Coir Rope Machine in a much simple and affordable form. The study is all about the creation of rope out of coconut coir that can be used for different purposes. The traditional way of making rope is taking steps for development through the years, and in the coconut industries, mostly, they use an automated machine to produce rope out of coir. The study aims to help the beneficiary to earn another source of income out of their coconut farms. The objective of this study is to gather and analyze the data in Coconut Coir Rope Machine; to design the Coconut Coir Rope Machine; to fabricate the Prototype of Coconut Coir Rope Machine for the chosen community, and to test and evaluate the prototype in terms of functionality and efficiency. And through this study, the researchers will apply the skills and knowledge on different principles and theories to innovate the Coconut Coir Rope Machine. The fabrication of the prototype, which includes the materials gathering, machining operations, and assembling, will be done step by step. The testing and evaluation were the final processes of the study wherein the researchers, therefore, determine the efficiency of the machine. Thus, increasing the income of the coconut farmers by creating more coconut coir rope out of the rejected coconut husks in just a small amount of time which is much better, efficient, effective, and functional than traditional coir rope making.
