SciWorld: A Game-based Tool in Learning Earth Science and Space for Grade 6 Students

Abstract
SciWorld is a mobile based game as to which the user could use as a supplementary tool in learning Earth Science and Space for grade school students.
SciWorld was developed using different tools such as Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, this is also conceptualized by the use of DepEd’s K-12 Curriculum Guide. The mobile game is also compatible to mobile devices with android versions Gingerbread up to Jellybean. The study used Agile methodology this helped the development of the project to be finished on time. The study was evaluated by five criteria: gameplay, quality of the content, usability, feasibility, and efficiency for quality assurance and it rated as 4.6 total rating that falls on the excellent category.
As conclusion and recommendation, the game still need to be improved in terms of gameplay and usability to become a more effective supplementary tool for learning
