Development of Lambanog Based Concoction as Quezon’s Authentic Cocktail Drinks

The purpose of the study is to develop Quezon’s authentic cocktail drink to promote the local product in Quezon Province using lambanog as based spirit. This research is intended to develop and to have Quezon Province a unique concoction using different ingredients locally produced in the province. This study is a Research and Development type of study which is focus in developing product that would contribute in the industry of the province. The researchers will propose R-W-W framework to effectively identify the potential problems and control risks for producing a new product of cocktail drink in Quezon. To achieve the objectives of this research, a literature review will be undertaken to investigate studies on NPD success and how it can be achieved to apply in this study.
