Abstract

Acceptability of Safety Protocol to Tourist Attractions in the 1st District of Quezon Province was the subject of this study. Understanding tourist behavior after a major tourism crisis is crucial to assisting destinations in their development and determining the degree of acceptability of the government's safety protocols and planning. The researchers used a descriptive research tool to characterize the population count, living conditions, and people who have visited Quezon Province's 1st District. The researchers used a random sampling query to determine the outcome of the applied safety guidelines for the acceptability of the respondents who visited the area. The number of people who went to Tayabas City and other municipalities that are also implemented in certain parts of Quezon Province was measured using a Likert scale. A quantitative method was also developed, and the information gathered was analyzed using statistical methods. The data that supports the research problem was analyzed and interpreted by the researchers using the Google form tool for an online survey. According to the findings, it shows that most of the respondents belong to the community of millennials and generation z. Out of one hundred respondents, most of them are male with a proportion of 52 percent and most of them came from the municipality of Lucban, Quezon. Overall, the local communities' Covid-19 understanding, preparedness, and acceptability among the survey's population were evidently satisfactory. The results of this study assist tourist attractions and visitors in determining the extent of acceptability of tourist destinations in terms of the government's safety guidelines for everyone's preparedness.
