Abstract
This study was intended to know the educational qualifications, trainings and skills that supported the graduates to the stepping stone of getting and staying on their jobs. This study tried to know the Batch 2012-2016 graduates’ field of work, whether they are employed in hospitality industry or in other work field, or if they were employed or not. This study also wanted to identify what career opportunities are waiting for them to take since there were many job fairs that are available. The study used the descriptive research design in answering the study’s problems with the quantitative method. The respondents of the study were graduates of Hotel and Restaurant Management of MSEUF from SY 2012 to 2016.
