Abstract

Community extension service is a program of the school that is capable of assisting the less privileged community by helping others that the school could offer. The extensions services aim to improve the quality of life on service communities thus, they are anchored to address the needs, problems, and resources of the community. San Lorenzo Feeding Program “Hatid Kaalaman, Bigay Kalusugan” is the community that the researchers chose for the study and one of the programs of CTHRM. It was composed of fifty students chosen from Grave V and VI who were part of the program. A descriptive method was used in the study to use the questionnaires and surveys. After the distribution of the questionnaires, the results were tabulated, analyzed, and interpreted. Purposive sampling design was used in the study. This further revealed the overall result of the CTHRM CES program as well implemented and effective. Continuation, widening, and strengthening of the program were recommended.
