Abstract

The Hotel Management industry is one of the large types of business that provides state-of-the-art facilities, sanitary standards, sales management, and hospitable hotel staffs to clients. Meanwhile, Hotel Managers need a management system to monitor the sales reports and administrate the client’s reservation in providing service to satisfy and offer customer service to their clients. To manage this type of business in managing and availing hotel facilities, the proposed system is applicable to enhance and improve services with the use of desktop computers and mobile devices through the World Wide Web. The proposed system ‘Web and Mobile Hotel Management System for Quezon Premier Hotel’ aimed to pursue the purposes that will benefit both hotel managers; in managing the inquiries of room reservations and managing marketing reports, and customers; by accessing it online and avail rooms anytime and anywhere. The system needs scalability and reliability to keep an on-time service to clients. Quezon Premiere Hotel is one of the popular hotels in Lucena City that offers organizing events and has different facilities like pools, restaurant, function halls, and rooms, a garden get away for relaxing and hassle-free stay-in for their customer’s satisfaction. In reservation of the hotel rooms, they use telephone communication, keeping records in logbooks of client’s information, and in online reservations and booking rooms, they rely on hotel booking websites; a hotel reservation system that avails all hotels near in a specific place. To improve hotel reservation and customer service, the proponents aimed to develop a mobile and web system for Quezon Premiere Hotel. The proposed system is a web and mobile system dedicated for Quezon Premiere Hotel that featured their type of service, business description, room reservations, and their facilities. With the online reservation system, the customers can access the room’s information that they can set a date for check-in and check out, type and number of customers who will avail the room, price, and featured rooms that show its details and images per room. The system would ensure its user-friendly features to help customers browse easily without any interruptions. With the use of effectiveness of Business Analytics in the chosen organization, it made the decision-making more emphasized to make a statistical analysis for the difference of every situation. It maintained competitiveness of business organizations to make a progress and to analyze such information, as the system is applied in Quezon Premiere Hotel, the status of reports that gathered from different sources were analyzed as the information in the future trends can be made. With the proposed system as it is implemented to Quezon Premiere Hotel, the possible outcomes to hotel managers and customers would become more reliable and quick. The system would be portable with the use of the mobile app and accessible in any sorts of time and place. Hotel managers can access the sales breakdown per month to annual and manage available rooms for booking. The Web and Mobile Hotel Management System for Quezon Premier Hotel is a system that provided service as same as different online hotel management systems.
