Abstract

Shake’it Mamas business enterprise serves as the business practicum for this semester of the BSBA Marketing student. The MSEUF students, faculty and employees are the target market. Our group decides to put up a business that caters the cravings of the students and employees on different types of real fruits will be preferable with very affordable price. Before establishing the business, the group made a study about the target market, place, product and price to meet the needs of the consumers and be competitive enough. The purpose of the research is to determine the customer satisfaction and service quality of the proposed project. Continuous improvement in the taste, flavors, and other product and market modifications for customers satisfaction will be properly observe and apply at Shake’It Mamas for the business to be more competitive and continue in the market in the long run. The result of the business venture was indeed successful based on the mission and vision with its ability to return the capital invested and generate profit.
