The Juris Doctor (JD) program involves a comprehensive exploration of the fundamental principles and foundational theories of law as an academic field. It also includes a thorough and critical analysis of the current legal codes, statutory regulations in effect in the Philippines, along with interpretive court rulings and other relevant resources.

    Entry Level:

    • Legal Assistant/Paralegal: Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management. Conduct initial client interviews and maintain case files.
    • Court Clerk: Work in a courthouse, assisting judges, lawyers, and the public. Manage court dockets, records, and assist in courtroom proceedings.

    • Legal Compliance Officer: Ensure a company's adherence to laws and regulations. Develop and implement compliance programs.

    Senior Level:

    • Partner (Law Firm): Attain partnership status in a law firm. Manage client relationships, lead legal teams, and contribute to firm management.
    • General Counsel (Corporate): Serve as the chief legal officer for a corporation. Oversee all legal aspects, provide strategic advice, and manage legal teams.
    • Judge (Judicial): Attain a judicial position at the trial or appellate level. Adjudicate legal disputes, interpret laws, and ensure fair proceedings.
    • Senior Legal Director (Government Agency): Oversee legal operations in a government agency. Provide legal advice to agency leadership and represent the agency in legal matters.
    • Legal Professor or Lecturer: Teach law at a university or law school. Conduct legal research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to legal education.

    Managerial/Executive Level:

    • Chief Legal Officer (CLO): Serve as the top legal executive in a corporation. Set legal strategy, manage legal risk, and advise the executive team.
    • Managing Partner (Law Firm): Lead and manage a law firm's operations. Oversee client relations, business development, and strategic planning.
    • Attorney General (Government): Head the legal department in a government jurisdiction. Provide legal advice to government officials and oversee legal initiatives.
