The Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BSPsych) program is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. In general, the emphasis is on the individual person and how the person mental processes and behavior are affected by internal, relational and social factors.

    Entry Level:

    • Case Manager (Social Services): Provide support and guidance to individuals or families in need. Assist with accessing social services and resources.

    • Industrial-Organizational Psychologist: Apply psychological principles to improve workplace productivity and employee well-being. Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations.
    • Clinical Supervisor: Supervise and guide junior counselors or therapists. Ensure quality care and adherence to ethical standards.
    • Organizational Psychologist: Apply psychological principles to enhance organizational performance. Consult with businesses on employee satisfaction, leadership development, and team dynamics.
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): Provide individual and group counseling services. Obtain licensure and specialize in areas such as marriage and family therapy or addiction counseling.
    • Clinical Research Coordinator (Psychology): Manage and coordinate clinical research studies in psychology. Work in collaboration with researchers, participants, and sponsors.
