    Senior Level:

    • Library Director: Assume overall responsibility for library operations. Develop and implement strategic plans for the library. Represent the library in the community and with stakeholders.
    • Head of Technical Services: Lead technical services departments, including cataloging and acquisitions. Oversee the development and maintenance of library collections. Collaborate with other library departments on resource access.
    • Director of Archives and Special Collections: Oversee archival and special collections departments. Develop policies for the acquisition, preservation, and access to unique materials. Engage in fundraising and outreach for special collections.
