- Nagpapamalas ng mataas na antas ng kaalaman sa pagtuturo ng wika at panitikang Filipino;
- Nagpapakita ng malawak at malalim na pag-unawa at kaalaman sa ugnayan ng wika, kultura, at lipunan;
