The certification covers the University’s provision of basic education (including senior high school), tertiary education, graduate studies and alternative learning programs, aligning processes that enhance learner satisfaction and drive measurable outcomes.
SGS auditors led by Joel Portugal reviewed academic and support services, verified documented procedures, interviewed personnel and validated evidence across colleges and units before issuing the approval at the closing meeting on June 19.
Officer in Charge President Dr. Benilda Villenas thanked the Envergan community for the milestone. “This achievement is the result of the concerted efforts of all units and offices,” Dr. Villenas said.
"The University will maintain the management system, monitor key performance indicators, and run internal audits and management reviews to sustain compliance and continual improvement throughout the certification cycle," Office of Quality Improvement Acting Director Leah Salas said.
