Wadhwani recognizes MSEUF as 'Institution with Most Completed Participants in a Faculty Development Program;' 3 Envergans receive distinction

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) received recognition as the institution with the most completed participants in the December batch of the Wadhwani Faculty Development Program Commencement Exercise, Feb. 7.

Three faculty members and employees from MSEUF successfully completed the program and earned certifications. Mary Meliza Parcon received multiple distinctions, including Best Facilitator, Highest Overall Quiz Score, and Top 1 Most Promising Entrepreneur Educator. Charles Ethan Chua and Gladys Dayzel U. Morales were also recognized as Best Facilitators.

The Wadhwani Foundation, one of MSEUF’s partner organizations, provides free upskilling opportunities and micro-credentials to faculty and students.

The Office of Research, Publication, Incubation, and Utilization Center, led by Engr. Roselyn Maaño, assisted the completers throughout the program.

Engr. Maaño highlighted the importance of faculty development in strengthening the university’s academic programs.

“This program equips our faculty with essential entrepreneurial and instructional skills, ensuring that they can deliver high-quality education to our students. Their success in this training reflects their dedication to continuous learning and professional growth,” Engr. Maaño said.
