MSEUF welcomes INTI Malaysia Director to explore global partnerships
The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) through the Officer-in-Charge for Special Internationalization Projects, Dr. Jennifer Reyes, welcomed Dr. Choo Woo Onn, Director of the International Relations and Collobaration Centre at INTI International University, Malaysia, Jul. 23.
In 'BRIDGING BORDERS: Welcoming Global Partnership with INTI INternatonal University & Colleges, Malaysia,' deans and department heads gathered at the Dr. Tobias Y. Enverga Alumni Center Hall to discuss the partnership and collaboration opportunities with Dr. Onn.
"This event symbolizes a significant milestone in our journey towards internationalization and academic growth. This occasion brings together minds and hearts committed to forging strong, impactful partnerships that transcend geographical boundaries." Executive Vice President and VP for Academics and Research Dr. Benilda Villenas, stated in her opening remarks.
Dr. Onn and the MSEUF academic administrators engaged in academic collaboration discussion where Dr. Onn presented the scholarship opportunities for MSEUF faculty for post gaduate degrees and explained the opportunties for exchange students as part of the previously signed agreement between MSEUF and INTI.
Before the gathering at the DTYE Alumni Center Hall, Mr. Denmark Catan, a faculty member from the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Managemen (CIHTM) together with Dr. Reyes conducted Campus Tour for Dr. Onn, where they visited the different buildings in the main campus and met the deans and department heads of the colleges and various offices.
INTI Malaysia is one of the partner institutions of MSEUF and officially had a ceremonial signing of Memorandum of Understanding last Jan. 31 with MSEUF to establish mutual cooperation and collaboration.
