Enverga University acquires P3.7M iMac M3 laboratory
The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) acquired 41 new sets of iMac M3 computers, with a total cost of P3,685,900, Jan. 31.
Thirty-three units are housed in Computer Laboratory 07, while the remaining eight units are kept in the Innovation Laboratory, at the newly renovated building of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies (CCMS).
According to Assoc. Prof. Rodrigo Belleza Jr., CCMS dean, the laboratory will be used for the IT Center for Continuing Education (ITCEE) and the innovation laboratory in the CCMS.
"CL07, or the ITCCE laboratory, will house the new iMac computers. Furthermore, the Innovation Laboratory will be furnished with eight units, serving as the focal point for innovation. Here, we plan to train students for various competitions and incubate innovative capstone projects for practical application," Dean Belleza shared.
Dr. Jose Tan Jr., director of the Information and Communications Technology (ICTD), also shared details about the technological stride of the University.

We consistently ensure that our technological infrastructure remains at the forefront, not just for the seamless operations of the ICTD but also to provide the best possible learning experiences for our students,” Dr. Tan stated.

The acquisition of 41 new sets of iMac M3 computers by MSEUF aligns with four Sustainable Development Goals which are:
