CHED Calabarzon honors MSEUF with 6 internationalization awards


The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) – Regional Office, led by OIC Dr. Freddie Bulauan, honored Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) with six internationalization awards during the CHED Calabarzon IZN Awards Night held at Lyceum of the Philippines University Cavite, Dec. 18.

Vice President for External Relations (VPER) Celso Jaballa and Special International Projects Officer-in-Charge Dr. Jennifer Reyes accepted the awards on behalf of University President and Chief Operating Officer Naila Leveriza and Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Wilfrido Enverga.

MSEUF earned a major recognition as the Top 3 Performing Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Internationalization for Research and Innovation. The University also received five special awards:

  • World’s Most Sustainable University 2024 (UI GreenMetric University Rankings)
  • EDURANK Best Universities Award 2024
  • HEIs with International Organization for Standardization Accreditation - ISO 9001:2015
  • ASEAN University Network (AUN)-Quality Assurance Associate Members
  • 4-Star International Center for Excellence (Asia-Pacific Institute for Events Management).

Executive Vice President Dr. Benilda Villenas emphasized the importance of collaboration in achieving these accomplishments.

“When we work together, we reap a rich harvest!” Dr. Villenas said.

Deans and department heads also expressed their pride in the University’s achievements.

Dr. Jennifer Reyes remarked, "These awards reflect our steadfast dedication to excellence and innovation on a global scale."

"MSEUF continues to shine as a leader in internationalization, solidifying its position as a globally competitive institution," Dr. Reyes added.
