QUALITY OBJECTIVES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
  1. Update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) regularly with 100% accuracy in employment data record every year for the next five years.
  2. Provide 70% professional development opportunities of non-teaching employees through training process as outlined in the Employee/Faculty Development Program, every year for the next five years.
  3. Achieve 85% average in the performance evaluation of department heads and non-teaching employees annually.
  4. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating on HR services higher than 3.50 in a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest rating) every year for the next three years.
