HRD continues mental health check on employees; spearheads 'E-Kumustahan' 14th series
Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) held its 14th E-Kumustahan series focusing on achieving work-life balance and promoting employee well-being, May 5.
The event featured a webinar on "Achieving Work-Life Balance: The Importance of Time Management," led by Dr. Arsenio Sze Alianan Jr., Assistant Professor from Ateneo de Manila University.
Dr. Alianan shared practical strategies for managing work demands while maintaining personal well-being, emphasizing the importance of balancing career and personal life.
E-Kumustahan sessions also provided an open platform for faculty and employees to share their concerns.
Facilitated by guidance counselors, the discussions were divided into groups, led by Dr. Maria Sylvia S. Avila for administrators, Rey Marco Z. Casiño for faculty, and Daizelene C. Jabrica and Dr. Liandro L. Serrano for employees. Vice President for External Relations, Celso D. Jaballa, officially opened the webinar while Health and Safety Officer, Arby S. Lagman, highlighted the importance of mental health awareness and time management for productivity.
Following the webinar, a Q&A session allowed participants to engage with Dr. Alianan, after which he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation.
The session promoted a culture of openness and camaraderie, addressing work-life balance and mental health challenges.
