MSEUF HRD holds 'EUr Stress Management and Personal Well-being' webinar for faculty, staff

As part of the Organizational Management and Personal Development Learning Series, the Human Resource Department hosted the EUr Stress Management and Personal Well-being webinar on via Zoom, Feb. 28.

The event engaged 222 faculty and employees, all taking a proactive step toward achieving better mental health and productivity.

Mr. Nikko Del Moro, Senior High School Teacher and Track Coordinator from MSEUF, served as the resource speaker, sharing expert insights on managing stress and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Discussions highlighted practical strategies for personal well-being, including mindfulness techniques, time management skills, and fostering a supportive work environment.

He emphasized the need for self-awareness in handling stressors, stating, "Stress is inevitable, but how we manage it determines our overall well-being. By developing healthy coping mechanisms, we can navigate challenges with resilience and clarity."

The initiative aligns with the WE CARE to SHINE program of the Office of the Vice President for Administration, which underscores the importance of mental and personal well-being.


This initiative supports several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
