NCMB grants labor peace certification to MSEUF

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation proved its commitment to fostering a harmonious workplace, as certified by the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB). The certification, issued on May 15, confirms that the university has no pending labor disputes, including strikes, lockouts, or arbitration cases.

Requested by HRD Director Dr. Maria Sylvia S. Avila on behalf of the University, the certification is signed by NCMB Deputy Executive Director IV, Teresita E. Audea. This recognition underscores the institution’s adherence to labor peace and compliance with legal processes, contributing to a positive work environment for its staff.


This labor certification supports several of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:
1.    SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth: By ensuring a peaceful, fair, and harmonious labor environment, the university promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth and decent working conditions for all employees.
2.    SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions: The university's proactive efforts to resolve potential labor issues without the need for arbitration reflects its role as a strong institution that fosters peace, accountability, and transparency.


With this certification, Enverga University continues to advance its goals of sustainable development, ensuring a productive, fair, and conflict-free workplace that aligns with global objectives.
