HRD hosts 'Filipino Brand of Service Excellenc' training to new faculty, employees
Human Resource Department (HRD) hosted the Department of Trade’s Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) training at the Dr. Tobias Y. Enverga Sr. Alumni Center as part of the University’s learning series on organizational and professional development, Nov. 18.
Forty newly hired faculty members and employees joined the full-day session, which aimed to strengthen service culture and reinforce the University’s commitment to quality and excellence in workplace interactions.
Dr. Jennifer Reyes, director of the Global Engagement Office, and Niño Magararo, both certified FBSE trainers, facilitated the training through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants applied FBSE concepts to real workplace scenarios and learned service standards aligned with national expectations.
The program highlighted values-driven and culturally grounded service delivery as essential components of institutional performance and productivity.
The initiative strengthens the University’s commitment to Excellence and Service by equipping personnel with the competencies needed to uphold high standards of professionalism. It also reflects Unity and Fortitude as newly hired employees engage in shared learning experiences that support a responsive, people-centered work environment.
