For educators, success is measured not only by promotions or awards, but by the lives they influence and the communities they help build. For Carlo Fabellon, a proud Bachelor of Elementary Education graduate from the College of Education, Class of 2017, teaching has become a lifelong mission of service, leadership, and environmental stewardship.

As a Teacher III, Carlo continues to inspire learners while championing programs that extend beyond the four corners of the classroom.

Growing Through Education and Opportunity

Looking back, Carlo credits Enverga University for providing him with more than academic knowledge. It became a place where he developed the skills, confidence, and professional mindset needed to thrive as an educator.

“My education in the university has honed my skills and deepened my learning as I face the real world of professionals,” he shared. “The university not only planted learnings but a lot of opportunities that gave me a new circle of colleagues and mentors that became a big part of my growth.”

These experiences helped him build a strong foundation for his teaching career while nurturing relationships that continue to guide him today.

Finding Family at Enverga

Some of Carlo’s most cherished memories were formed outside the classroom.

“Participating in collegial competitions and joining organizations honed my personal and social skills and made me find a new family in the university,” he recalled.

Through student organizations, competitions, and collaborative activities, he learned the value of teamwork, leadership, and camaraderie. These experiences not only strengthened his confidence but also helped shape his character as a future educator.

The friendships and mentorships he developed during his college years remain among the most meaningful parts of his Envergan journey.

A Teacher with a Mission

For Carlo, teaching is more than delivering lessons. It is about ensuring that every learner is given the opportunity to succeed.

“Our learners—as an educator, we embody and carry the vision and mission to ensure that no learner gets left behind,” he said.

This commitment to student success continues to drive his work every day. Whether inside the classroom or through extracurricular activities, Carlo strives to create meaningful learning experiences that empower students to reach their full potential.

His dedication to education has also extended into academic competitions. Throughout his career, he has served as a coach for numerous quiz bees at the division, provincial, and regional levels, helping students develop confidence, critical thinking skills, and a passion for learning.

Championing Environmental Responsibility

Beyond academics, Carlo has become a strong advocate for environmental awareness and sustainability.

For the past seven years, he has served as a YES-O (Youth for Environment in Schools Organization) Coordinator, actively initiating and participating in environmental campaigns and activities that encourage students to become responsible stewards of nature.

Through tree planting initiatives, environmental education programs, and sustainability projects, he continues to inspire young people to become active contributors to a greener future.

His work demonstrates that education is not only about academic excellence—it is also about nurturing responsible citizens who care for their communities and the environment.

Carrying the Envergan Spirit

As an educator, mentor, coach, and environmental advocate, Carlo embodies the values that Enverga University seeks to instill in its graduates.

His journey reflects how education can create ripple effects that extend far beyond individual success, reaching students, schools, and communities.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Carlo Fabellon's story reminds us that great educators do more than teach lessons. They inspire dreams, nurture potential, and help shape the future one learner at a time.

From the opportunities he embraced at Enverga University to his continued service as a Teacher III and environmental advocate, Carlo proves that the true measure of success lies in the positive impact we leave on others.
