WCDEO supports data prep, web content alignment as MSEUF gears up for THE Impact Rankings '25

In preparation for the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025, the Web Content and Digital Engagement Office (WCDEO) played a key role during the continuation of the THE Impact Rankings Workshop on Data Preparation and Submission, held Oct. 8 at the Library Seminar Hall.

John Rover R. Sinag, Web Content and Digital Engagement Officer, served as one of the internal speakers.

Sinag provided an overview of the THE criteria and guided the committee on using the updated webpage templates designed for effective data presentation and evidence uploading.

During the session, Sinag demonstrated how to input data and manage website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with THE standards. He also addressed the importance of properly documenting outputs that support the University’s alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

“Our role is to make sure the data doesn’t just sit in reports, but lives on the website—visible, accessible, and verifiable,” Sinag said. “By maintaining transparent, well-structured web content, we help elevate the University’s performance and visibility in the global education landscape.”

The WCDEO continues to coordinate closely with the THE Committee to ensure that evidence submissions meet the publication requirements and digital standards of the Impact Rankings. This initiative supports the University’s ongoing mission to position itself as a globally competitive institution committed to sustainable development.
