A Venture: Foodstop Buddies
Abstract
The Foodstop Buddies is a merchandising-service business built by five students from
Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation studying Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Major in Marketing Management with their respective specialization. The
business partners focused on a different line of food which the University canteen doesn‘t offer.
This paper consists a survey. The survey helped the partners to gather information that has been
use to prove the feasibility of the business. Foodstop Buddies offered sweets that are personally
made by the students to give customers good mood food, sweets signals energy to anyone. Other
than sweets, the business also offered salty foods to balance accordingly to the taste of the
customers, everyone like salty food for normal bodily function. The combination of these two
positive responses is very pleasurable. Foodstop Buddies targeted different market segments with
specific marketing mixes designed especially to meet those segment‘s needs.
