Abstract
Technomotion Controls International Inc. is one of the trading companies in Dasmarinas City which aims to be the best in supplying tools, jigs fixtures and parts. Just like any other business organization, trading companies are established within the said area. Such companies are dealing with different kinds of products which are sold for consumers-- business or government purposes. Trading companies buy a specialized range of products, maintain a stock or a shop, and deliver products to different customers. It is normal for trading companies to encounter problems regarding inventory due to lack of performance measurements, employees’ lack of knowledge to manage inventory, lack of forecasting, lack of innovation since inventory is not automated, and those which come from human errors. In this case, there are some trading companies which are in the brick of closing their business because of the idle money or over stocking that lead them to be left behind.
It is said that inventory is the most important part of a business. When products are bought and sold, companies generate the revenue needed to keep it afloat. However, there is a marketing solution to overcome the inventory problem; a marketing solution that will provide a wide range of strategic, creative and production service all designed make the business grow.
