Assessment of Training Programs of Micro Lending Corporation; A Basis for Enhancement

Abstract
This study focuses on the assessment of training program of RFC Micro Lending Corporation and will be used as a basis for enhancement of their training programs. It used the descriptive quantitative research design where in surveys were used specifically, the training needs assessment survey. The study was conducted at RFC, Lucena City branch. The total respondents were 15 employees of RFC, whom belongs to different departments, specified as: HR department, Loans department, CCI department and Admin department. The researchers used the descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentile and mean. In the analysis of the results, it was identified that the Micro Lending Corporation has a training provisions provided to their employee and has only one module that focuses only on the customer relation training. The researchers conclude that the Micro Lending Corporation has organizational issues that need to be addressed thru assessment of company's training program and provide an effective recommendation to close the organizational gaps.
