CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF BELLE’S FLOWERHOP: BASIS FOR SERVICE ENHANCEMENT

Abstract
The idea of being around beautiful flowers is appealing to people. Flowers are used in every occasion, be it weddings, debut down to death flowers are a must. In this study, the researcher aims to understand better the pulse of every client and customer that visits flower shops specifically the Belle’s Flower Shop. The main objective of this research is to understand the satisfaction level of each clients by knowing the level of customer satisfaction to the human resource, facility and services of Belle’s Flower Shop. The descriptive type of research was used in this study with the help of a survey type questionnaire. The respondents of the study were the clients and customers of the flower shop. It is seen that majority of the respondents strongly agreed with their satisfaction in terms of human resources and services while the respondents only agreed in the facilities.
