EVALUATION OF THE PAYMENT COLLECTION METHOD OF TULONG-PABAHAY QUEZON, INC. IN TAYABAS AND LUCENA CITY: SIGNIFICANCE IN THE STABILITY OF THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate the payment collection method of Tulong- Pabahay Quezon, Inc. in Tayabas and Lucena City: significance in the stability of the
organization by the students in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major
in Financial Management in Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. The
expected collection of payment of the organization is not being attained due to lack
of responsibility of the Homepartners and that is why this study is conducted. This
will benefit the stability of the organization and its Homepartners to finish their loans. This study applied descriptive data. The locale of the study was the municipality of
Tayabas and Lucena City, Quezon, Philippines in which Homepartners are living in
the houses built by the Tulong-Pabahay Quezon, Inc. All respondents are selected
randomly all over the available houses in the time of the survey was conducted. Based on the findings, no fees and penalties are being applied to those that are
unable to pay the right amount and at the right time. The Homepartners itself are
the once that are incapable to keep words about paying the loan. The Tulong- Pabahay Quezon, Inc. do not exercise its full power in terms of collecting loans. The Fees and Penalties are not being applied for a very long time and the
Homepartners also do not have any idea about its existence.
