CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PLAN AS A TOOL IN RAISING THE SCHOOL PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN FOURTH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT DEPED QUEZON

Abstract
This study investigated the Continuous Improvement Plan of public elementary schools as a tool in raising school performance of public elementary schools in the Fourth Congressional District of DepEd Quezon. It identified problems encountered in the implementation of this tool that will help and improve overall performance of the schools. The study used the descriptive research design while the questionnaires was the tool to gather necessary data among 120 CI coordinators of public elementary schools. Weighted mean was used to ensure the validity and systematic presentation, analysis, and interpretation of data. An interview was also conducted to elicit qualitative data.
Results revealed that the Continuous Improvement Plan is effective in raising school performance.
