VIEWS AND PERSPECTIVES OF ALS MOBILE TEACHERS IN THREE ISLAND MUNICIPALITIES

Abstract
This study will determine the views and perspectives of ALS mobile
teachers teaching in Quezon, Alabat and Perez Districts in the Division of
Quezon Province. Specifically, this study will seek answers to the following
problems: (1)determine the demographic profile of the proposed respondents in
terms of age, gender, position, educational attainment and years of teaching
experience; (2) analysis of the experiences of mobile teachers in terms of
enlisting, instruction, monitoring plan and testing and evaluation; (3) determine
the difficulties of the mobile teachers based on their experiences; (4) develop a
plan of actions can be created to motivational practices of selected mobile
teachers towards their students in Alabat, Perez and Quezon districts. The
qualitative research method will be used utilizing the naturalistic inquiry research
design. The choice of this method will be deemed appropriate since the study is
aiming to analyze the views and perspectives of ALS mobile teachers in Quezon,
Alabat and Perez districts in DepEd Quezon. Likewise, this method will employ the use of observation, interview and/or questionnaires, examining records and
documentary analysis of the existing problems and/or issues in the system with
primary emphasis on enlisting, instruction, monitoring plan, and testing and
evaluation.
