COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS IN THE SECOND DISTRICT OF QUEZON PROVINCE

Abstract
The study aimed to assess the community involvement and its influence on
the sustainability of Christian schools in the Second District of Quezon Province.
The respondents of the study were the administrators and Christian School
teachers in the Second District of Quezon. It focused on the extent of community
involvement and financial sustainability of Christian Schools in the Second District
of Quezon Province. Descriptive-comparative method of research was used. A
questionnaire was used in gathering the data for the respondents. Content and
concurrent validation were administered before distribution to the targeted
respondents. Results revealed that the community involvement of the Christian
Schools in the Second Congressional District of Quezon was very good. The
financial sustainability of the Christian Schools in the Second District of Quezon was
revealed very good. In terms of financial and strategic planning, the best practices
were strongly manifested in the most Christian Schools in the Second District of Quezon. The top scorers were on the development of good character to the
students and regular time for prayer, bible study, and spiritual guidance works.
