This project includes the preparation of sketch plan with vicinity map, site development plan, and complete subdivision survey returns of the site development private memorial park. The survey was conducted under the specification described in the Geodetic Engineer’s Manual and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB). This study showed how to design a private memorial park. A scheme of a private memorial park was developed. A zoning map was needed because it contained information about the feasibility of the land for memorial park develop. Enumerated here were the needed documents for submission for the initial approval of the project. It contained all the design provisions in developing a private cemetery. To develop a site development plan of a memorial park, the latest copy of the LGU and the HLURB instruction was consulted to follow the up-to-date regulations and processes. The researchers proposed to convert the land into a memorial park. It was applied to the concerned municipality for the approval of the memorial park plan. The project study covered the design survey plan of a site development plan of a memorial park. The project proposes to help solve the problem on the lack of memorial park because it was a burden to the people to visit in such a long distance their loved ones who had passed away. Professionals helped the researchers locate the information needed for the complete survey returns and other requirements for the project study. Every memorial park or cemetery should not have fixed ratio designed for sealable and must include roads, pathways, parking, and other facilities and amenities.
