CAPABILITIES OF THE PNP PERSONNEL IN HANDLING VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN LUCENA CITY

This study determined the capabilities and strategies employed in handling vehicular accidents by the police personnel of Lucena City. The group of the respondents included 19 female and 81 male police who were asked about the capabilities of police personnel in handling vehicular accidents in Lucena City. The data taken from this group of respondents helped to come up with more precise answer to the present study. The data were analyzed and interpreted to arrive in a better and clearer understand of the result of the study. Results of the study revealed that majority of the male or female of our respondents gave high average rating on the performance evaluation. This implies that male and female police had a good understanding about their taken questionnaires and all about hte capabilities of police personnel in handling vehicular accidents in Lucena City. The study found that there have a problems that need to give more attention, and their strategies is being applied properly.
