SPECIAL TRAINING IN INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED BY THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE AND ITS EFFECTIVENESS IN INVESTIGATING CRIME

This study sights some information and some recommendations to the police officers to enhance their skills and to become more knowledgeable. Using questionnaire were made in this case wherein to know the Special training conducted by the Philippine National Police, level of effectiveness in conducting special training, respondents perception about the training conducted in terms of adequacy and necessity. Based on the findings, the respondent’s investigation training is the most attended training and small facility when conducting special training is not enough for the trainee to conduct the training sessions. It is recommended, that in training center that is not enough space for the training center it should wide and comfortable to move to conduct a training session. Make two or more professional trainer for every 1 subject capacitating the technical working group could affect to a plan with a more viable and practical programs not only for the municipal but also to the
