Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction The anti-drug abuse that have been conducted in many area all over the country have the basic principles involved to attained the real goals of the said program that have are being implemented in every barangay level. One of the major problems encountered by our society today is the preparation of the prohibited drugs, concerning the most part of our communities and even in a local was completely distracted by these kinds of social phenomena. It is wide spread not only among youth but also for the adult person who has suffering from anxieties, boredom of life careers, stresses and other instances that may bring to one individual to use the illegal drugs. Right now, in urban areas up to the rural level like the Province of Quezon specially to their municipalities and barangay area has implemented a various programs against drug addiction with the help of municipal government concern citizen, and other civic organization that really aware for the bad effects of this of this monstrous phenomena. Moreover, the abuse on any substances and drugs by any individuals involved are mostly affecting their physical and psychological aspects that would result to disorganize their real goals in life and completely escape from contact in reality. One of the particular campaigns against drug abuse, our government merely pursues to implement those programs in every corner of urban and rural communities. As one of the biggest responsibilities of local officials concern as well as their subordinates in the barangay area with the proper coordination of citizenry may working as one that aims to attain the successful implementation of the various programs against drug abuse and to find an appropriate way that the social distracted drugs being eliminated to avoid the continuous breaking the structure of our community particularly the youths from their peer and families. The better understanding of the problem is the first essential step to the solutions.
