Principal-Teachers' Synergy in Delivering the Academic and Administrative Services in Magallanes National High School

Abstract
The school serves as the center for educational pursuits while the institutions and establishments of the community serve as extended learning centers and sources of instructional materials. The aim of this research is to determine the perceived principal-teachers' synergy in delivering the services of Magallanes National High School to their stakeholders. The respondents of this study are 24 teachers, 25 parents and 25 students.
