STATUS OF PINAGBANDERAHAN ECOTOURISM SITE IN ATIMONAN, QUEZON: BASIS FOR A PROPOSAL MARKETING PLAN

Abstract

This study focuses on the marketing plan of Pinagbanderahan , Atimonan Quezon. This study revealed the status of Pinagbanderahan as Ecotourism Site in Atimonan Quezon as basis for a propose Marketing Plan. It involved first hand research in the form of surveys, questionnaires and observations. The result of the study shown the services that Pinagbanderahan offer such as the service of a trekker guide for trekking, sightseeing, bird watching, flag raising, Hugutan sa Tangisang Bayawak, and caving. The study found out that there are lots of possible ways to market the Pinagbanderahan. The current research used the quantitative research method. Respondents were tourists who already visited the place and the people who are residing near the area because they are the ones who know Pinagbanderahan. The researchers used survey questionnaire as the primary tool to gather the data.
