Abstract
This study intended to look into the management of shadow teaching for children with special needs mainstreamed in the regular classroom of selected private schools in Region IV-A CALABARZON. It employed qualitative and quantitative research design. There were fifty-six respondents which comprised ten school administrators, 20 shadow teachers, 20 regular classroom teachers and six CSN students who were directly observed for the case study.
