Abstract
The study assessed the practice of distributed leadership among secondary school principals of Region IV-A (CALABARZON) in terms of school structure, vision, values, collaboration and cooperation and responsibility and accountability. A descriptive evaluative design using qualitative and quantitative data was utilized.
