Abstract
This study aimed to help marine engineering graduates become competent and have a very satisfying work performance. Data gathering was conducted in Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Lucena City. In this research, the respondents identified the required competencies and work performance level that future marine engineers need in their future field of work.
As such, they will be able to work smoothly when they are already deployed in the field. In this case, they will be able to prepare themeselves to develop the target skills and competencies.
