Abstract
This study aimed to design and develop an online reservation and booking system that
will enhance what Star Garden Tower Hotel can deliver to their customers, employees in terms
of transactions and decision making.
The system was designed using major phases of research and development and two phases of rapid application methodology. These two methodologies were used to ensure the quality of the system. Data gathering procedure of RAD was omitted and replaced by R&D since it is more compat
